La Hoirie means " Heritage " in Occitan, it is an old Fortified House from the 13th century . Over the centuries, the property became a hunting lodge , then a hotel in 1960. In 2015, Jean-Louis Ducatel fell under his spell. He has never ceased to invest in it to perpetuate the soul of this place and cultivate values that are dear to him: authenticity , exception < / strong>, well-being and generosity .

From now on, La Hoirie consists of two old buildings : the mansion ( Pavilion "La Hoirie" ) and the Stables ( Pavillon Les Anciennes " Stables "), as well as the new one ( Pavilion" Heritage "), in perfect harmony with the other two.

Before setting off to explore Sarlatand the Périgord Noir, enjoy a delicious breakfast, served every morning between < strong>7:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., in the verandaor on the terrace, for €14 (€14.50 in 2024) per adult, €9.50 (€10.50 e, 2024) per child aged 6 to 12 and free for under 6s.
